Do we get to meet you before the wedding?
Yes! You will meet with you and your partner either in-person or on a zoom meeting within 1-2 weeks of your inquiry, then we we will meet in person 1-2 times prior to the wedding to develop the creative vision for your wedding film.
Will you collaborate with our photographer?
Yes! Photographers play a crucial role in coordinating and directing you and your partner. It is important for us to stay in contact with your photographer of choice at least 3 weeks prior to the wedding to ensure you get the best photo packages and wedding film deliverables.
In what format will I receive my wedding film?
There are multiple deliverable options available. First, we will ensure you are able to access your wedding film from every device- so we will create a custom website for you to access your final investments. Then, if desired, we will create a 4k Blu-Ray Disk with your wedding film(s) ready to be viewed from any blu-ray player. Lastly, you will receive a download link to save the final deliverables to your devices of choice.
What if something goes wrong on my wedding day (weather, technical issues)? How do you handle that?"
We’re prepared for anything! We always have backup equipment and contingency plans in place. All footage is backed up throughout the day to cloud storage. Our experience with documentary filmmaking means we can adapt quickly and creatively, ensuring we still capture beautiful memories even if unexpected challenges arise.
I'm still in the early stages of planning. Can I get more information about how you work with couples before booking?
Definitely! We offer a discovery call to learn about your vision for your wedding and answer any questions you may have. We believe in transparency and want you to feel confident every step of the way.
